Most modern Pentium machines with speeds of 1 GHz or faster should be able to run our software however, simulation software is computationally intensive and always benefits from greater speed and memory. A minimum of 1 GB of RAM is recommended for optimal performance. Our software is designed to run on Pentium-class Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 (64-bit) and Windows 8 (64-bit) computers or Windows Server 2019 (64-bit), Windows Server 2016 (64-bit), and Windows Server 20 R2 (64-bit). However, the jar file – C:\Program Files (x86)\FlexNet Publisher License Server Manager\examples\alerter\lib\Log4j-1.2.8.jar – is not required and may be removed. This version of log4j is not affected by any of the listed vulnerabilities. ![]() An older version of log4j (version 1.2.8) is installed with the Flexera License Server that is used to license our products. Regarding the log4j vulnerabilities described in CVE-2021-44228, CVE-2021-45046, and CVE-2021-45105: Our products do not require Log4j and are not vulnerable to the exploits. ![]()
